Kensington/Chinatown <3

As close to our grad trip as we got. xP

Basic schedule of our day:

- Go there by bus.
- Do a scavenger hunt about history and culture and stuff.
- Promptly get lost.
- Walk around with our respective groups looking for weird food -- our group did fruit.
- Get sidetracked and end up buying four bags of guava candies at Oriental.
- Getting back on track and buying more weird fruit.
- Going to a bubble tea shop.
- Getting rejected because they had no tapioca.
- Buying extremely fake-tasting bubble tea from the shop across the street.
- Walk out of second bubble tea shop in time to see people walking out of the first shop with bubble tea.
- Get pissed.
- Go to the restaurant.
- Make a loud racket.
- Look at souvenirs.
- Get lost again.
- Panic briefly.
- Get directions and realize we're in the correct building.
- Go to the restaurant.
- Waaaaay early.
- Fool around.
- Talk about chopsticks and other random asian stuff.
- Find out that Sam can hold chopsticks better than me. o_O
- THERE ARE SPRING ROLLS THERE.
- :D
- Become depressed when the spring rolls get taken away. :'(
- Everyone else comes.
- Everyone else sits down.
- Laucker (and some other people) is missing. o.o
- ONOEZ.

- Laucker and company come.
- Yay, happy ending. :D
- Wash hands.
- Laugh as Dennis nearly goes into the women's washroom.
- Go back.
- Fool around some more while waiting for food to come.
- FOOD COMES.

- Eat random asian food.

- Take pictures.

- Watch as Derek puts his chicken bones in his soup bowl.
- And then in his teacup.

- Leave restaurant.
- Be amazed that David can still be hungry after all that. o_O;;;
- Take random pictures.
- Watch Ms. Wong get mad at Sam and Jake for getting ice cream without her.
- And the rest of us, come to think of it.
- Follow Goddess Sutherland down the street.
- PASS BY THE PERFECT PURPLE SPARKLY GRAD NECKLACE (which incidentally looks almost exactly how I imagined Pikachu's necklace looks like o.o) AND DON'T BUY IT FOR FEAR OF HOLDING UP THE CROWD.

- Ms. Wong forbids us to play ToD.

- We play Would You Rather instead.
- Game promptly dies with the question something along the lines of "which one is better, Michael or Bellamy?" aimed at Nalini.
- Nalini dies.
- Game dies.
- We get back to school.
- WTF MY MOM IS HERE o_O
- Realize that I didn't bring my backpack to school, therefore did not bring my key.
- Oops.
- Slack off for the last ten minutes.
- Didn't get to sample weird food after all. :(
